Our
ranch, owned by Duane and Jo Minden, is nestled
in the West Cove area close to the Palouse River.
We purchased 27 acres in 1977. The house and
barns are "oldies" dating back to
the very early 1900's. The acreage was homesteaded
by Jo's grandparents and is on the historical
registry in the state of Idaho.Over
the past 24 years, improvements have been made
but the original
buildings still prevail. We have an arena located
at the entrance of our ranch fenced with metal
panels. We have a round pen that serves multiple
purposes not only for the horses but the grandkids
as well. They love "playing horse"
in that pen. We are in the process of making
an alleyway to our barn with metal panels and
putting metal pens in for visiting mares.
